Vision

To become a network of women leading change across Santa Clarita and nearby communities, where every woman has a voice, a safe refuge, and sustainable opportunities for socio‑economic growth.

Goals

  • Create safe spaces for women to share and support one another.
  • Build leadership and financial agency via peer circles and life‑skills coaching.
  • Connect community resources for survivors of domestic violence and women at risk.
  • Advocate for gender equity at the community level (non‑political, non‑partisan).

Social Impact

  • Reduce social isolation and strengthen confidence and mental resilience.
  • Grow mutual‑aid networks—from personal capacity to job links and micro‑enterprise.
  • Foster a safer, respectful, and inclusive community for all.

Our Story

Girlfriends Unfiltered began as small, judgment‑free conversations among “girlfriends” in Canyon Country. From the power of unfiltered connection, we formed spontaneous peer circles and, in 2024, became a formal 501(c)(3) to expand our impact.

From a group of six, we have grown into a network of volunteers, mentors, and local partners grounded in our core values: Honesty – Safety – Respect – Empowerment.
